For the sake information, Kalimantan is not only famous by its Jungle, nonetheless they are also famous for its jumbo prawn. First impression of a visit, I thought that the designation restaurant is a sort of home-prawn ranch, as I saw a lively prawn pool inside the restaurant.
The prawn, as guessed, is grilled with only salt as its additional sauce (no other sauce is used here). The indonesian herb as "Sereh" is appeared as the complementary to its taste. Very tasty under the originated spice. A portion of jumbo prawn, consists of 6 or less prawns (depending on the size, the "jumbo" ones may just consist of 4 pieces of prawn), prices at Rp60,000 (USD5). Not bad, eh?
