Pallu Basa

Location: Jl. Serigala, Makassar - Indonesia

A MUST VISIT RESTAURANT!

Pallu basa may be found as a truly Makassar food and is made by a-100% local meat. A portion of pallu basa is usually served with the so-called "Alas" (a raw egg), in which this Allas would increase the density of the soup and strengthen its taste as well. The soup is made by kind-of "Serundeng" (a fried-pieced coconut, cooked with sweet soy) blended with the well-cooked and softy meat.

Nothing more that can describe the taste of Pallu Basa than... (you name it, I always order at least 4 portions of it at the same time). This is a complete-flawless local food that I ever taste.

A portion of pallu basa prices at Rp15,000 or USD1.8 (including a plate of rice). Now you know why, eh? :)

Harus mencoba!
